    On July 4, 2005, the NEA Representative Assembly turned the spotlight on Kathie Lange of Illinois, the 2005 NEA ESP of the year. Kathie's presentation on the importance of including all school employees as full members of the school "team" was a huge hit with the 9,000 delegates who saw it "live."
